Home & Work

Well, We're in San Diego.  Now What?

To give a little flavor for how daily life looks, this page links to a small album of photos showing our house and office.  As you know by now, a confluence of circumstances led us to buying a house in an "Over-55" community, very neatly manicured and very, very quiet except for the occasional ambulance.  (They could easily call it a "Well Over 55" community, except for us.)  Still and all, it's an attractive area, and our house is very pleasant, overlooking the San Bernardino mountains to the east, and rife with hummingbirds, lizards, and rabbits.  (Alice thought the rabbits were oh, so cute until she started planting flowers and tomatoes and the like.  What they really are, of course, is oh, so voracious.)

As for the office, as you know we work at SeaSpace Corporation, a small (45-person) high-tech firm specializing in selling satellite ground stations and image processing software for environmental and weather satellites.  This means lots o' antennas on the roof...see pic.

As usual, see the pix (hosted at Webshots.com) by clicking on the link at lower right.  Just click on the thumbnails to see the full-size image, and hit "Back" to get back to here.
